More styles-related newbie-dev bait

Bug 5175 - not all layouts display the journal subtitle. I looked at the code, and it involves adding one line of code to each of the layouts in question. I did not do a full write-up on the bug, but I can point someone to what it is if they would like! This is a good one if you want some very simple interaction with S2 and core2 functions (extremely simple, I promise).

Er, for some of these I don't think it's gonna be quite as simple as adding one line of code because there's gonna be CSS editing and styling and maybe other editing involved (that's the case for Brittle and Sunday Morning at least) as well as testing. However, this is still a good entry bug and people doesn't have to fix all the styles if they don't want to.

Augh, I didn't realize Brittle had no header at all. Siiiiiigh non-standard features sets.

(And to whoever picks it up - I'm willing to lend a hand with CSS and what-not, too)

All these styles are very old. They weren't any standards then because they weren't any other styles to compare these to. DW was just happy to have some styles in the first place. :)
