Jumping in with questions and answers

I just came across To Answer, Or Not To Answer. The gist of it is: someone asked "Should I answer a perl question when I'm not sure of the answer or when I can only answer part of the question?" and got overwhelming "yes" answers (and very good suggestions on how to handle uncertainty), because even if your answer doesn't help the person asking, researching your answer (and thinking about the question) may well help you. So as an experiment, I'd like to try something similar in this entry:

- You may ask any dev-related question you have in a comment. (It doesn't even need to be about Dreamwidth, although if it involves a language/library/framework/database Dreamwidth doesn't use, you will probably get answers pointing that out and suggesting a better place to ask.)
- You may also answer any question, using the guidelines given in the discussion I linked to above.

If this works, I'll try to make it a regular feature of this community. (How often should it happen?)

We do have that! If you're viewing an entry in the site skin, the dates will be links to the archive pages -- for instance, the link for the day this entry was posted is https://dw-dev-training.dreamwidth.org/2011/09/21/ and the month is https://dw-dev-training.dreamwidth.org/2011/09/. If your style doesn't show the links, you can always get to them by the Archive page (https://dw-dev-training.dreamwidth.org/archive for dw_dev_training, https://juan-gandhi.dreamwidth.org/archive for your journal, etc).

I think the question was about about anniversary entries, not about a given month (or day+month) of a given years. To rephrase using the example in the question: is there a URL that will return all entries dated May 11 2009, May 11 2010, ..., May 11 2025?

Thank you; I know that. But the idea of showing entries for the same day for a bunch of years, that's nostalgic. I check out my stuff every day, switching manually. But if we enter https://dw-dev-training.dreamwidth.org/03/12/, and see a sequence of Marth 12th since the first one, that would be cool (and nostalgic).
