Newbie question: is it ok to make several patches for the same files? For example let's say person X is adding a theme for layout Y and person Z is adding a theme for the same layout, there's no conflict?

OT: Did you get my PM about bug 1818? You sent me two messages and I answered them both but you only replied to one of them.
