^^ this! /admin/capedit will give you the features, but not 'count' the account as paid/perm/etc.
The exact steps:
1) Go to /admin/priv while logged into an account that has admin:* and grant yourself the 'payments' priv 2) Go to /admin/pay 3) Enter the username you want to make paid/premium/seed/etc 4) On the next page, pick the account type from the dropdown. If it's paid/prem, add in a number of months, too; for a seed account you can just pick the account type.
